All cases are handled on an affordable flat-fee basis. Payment plans are available and all major credit cards are accepted. Paul Tyler handles cases in Ventura County, California for the follow fees:

  • First offense misdemeanor DUIs are generally handled for a $3,500 flat fee up to trial, which includes the DMV hearing; second and third offenses may be more but are also generally $3,500, and all felony DUIs with or without injury are on a case by case basis. The price generally depends of the facts and if there are other charges or allegations.
  • All other misdemeanor charges start at $3,500 flat fee up to trial, with more serious charges being more.
  • Simple felonies start at $5,000-$7,500 up to trial, but may be significantly more depending on the facts.
  • More serious felonies are priced on a case by case basis which is dependent on the charges, the client’s prior record, and the overall size and scope of the case.

Because each felony case is different a general flat fee cannot be quoted on this site. Some cases will be more expensive than others based upon their complexity and level of seriousness, but all rates are affordable and competitive, payment plans are available and all major credit cards are accepted.
