Criminal cases in Ventura County California

All cases are handled on an affordable flat-fee basis. Payment plans are available and all major credit cards are accepted. Paul Tyler handles cases in Ventura County, California for the follow fees:

  • First offense misdemeanor DUIs are generally handled for a $3,000 flat fee up to trial, which includes the DMV hearing; Second and third offenses are $3,500, and all felony DUIs with or without injury are on a case by case basis
  • All other misdemeanor charges are generally handled for a $2,500 – $7,500 flat fee up to trial, depending on the charge;
  • Simple felonies start at $5,000 up to trial.
  • More serious felonies are priced on a case by case basis.

Because each felony case is different a general flat fee cannot be quoted on this site. Some cases will be more expensive than others based upon their complexity and level of seriousness, but all rates are affordable and competitive, payment plans are available and all major credit cards are accepted.
