My practice is criminal defense — it has been for 30 years, and the overwhelming majority of what I do every day is defending people in the Ventura County criminal courts. But over three decades of practice, I’ve also developed experience in a handful of civil areas, and I accept a limited number of select cases in:
- Serious personal injury
- Wrongful death
Because I take only a small number of these matters, the ones I do take get the same treatment as everything else in my practice: my personal attention, my honest assessment of whether the case is worth pursuing, and direct access to me throughout.
